What happens if the car breaks down or if I have an accident ?

Europcar provides clients with complete 24-hour emergency road side assistance for breakdowns and accidents.

For breakdowns you should refer to number on back of the tax disc holder attached to the windscreen of the vehicle on the passenger side.

For accidents you can call the number found on your rental agreement, the rental agreement wallet or 'Guide to a smooth journey'.

If an accident occurs should complete an accident report form, giving a full account of the circumstances in which the accident happened. Where possible you should make out a jointly agreed report with the other person(s) involved.
