Can I modify or cancel my booking?

You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge provided you let us know at least 24 hours before the Hire Period is due to start.  Wherever possible you should use the same communication channel to modify or cancel your car hire as you used when booking the vehicle.

To do so, log into your account and visit the 'Existing Bookings' section or if you are not a Europcar member and booked your hire as a guest, visit the 'Manage My Booking' section at the bottom of the website in the footer section. Then you can enter the reservation number from your confirmation email, along with your email address to view your booking. Alternatively, you can contact our Call Centre on 0871 384 1087.

Please note that you can only modify or cancel the reservations online which have been made online directly. You will not be able to amend online reservations made or modified via our Reservation Service Centre, Travel Agency, or using another Driver ID.
