Can I modify or cancel my booking?

"Europcar allows you to modify or cancel your reservation online after it has been confirmed, provided it is done at least 2 hours prior to the pick up time. You need to click on the ""Manage my Bookings""  in the Help section at the top of the page. You will receive a confirmation of amendment or cancellation by e-mail which you should keep for your records. 


Please note that you can only modify or cancel the reservations which have been made online by yourself. You will not be able to amend online reservations made or modified via our Reservation Service Centre, Travel Agency, or another by another Driver ID. These reservations should be cancelled or amended via the original booking method."
