Your deposit amount will be released after being invoiced (when the vehicle is checked back in at the station). This may take between 3 to 10 working days depending on your card issuer. We hold the deposit amount as an authorisation only, taking it from the available balance but not as a physical transaction. When released, it will appear back in your available balance so you will not see it as a transaction.
Please contact your bank if it takes longer than 10 days to appear in your account or if you are unsure if the amount has been released into your account by this time.
