How can I cancel my booking with packages at the pick-up time?

Some packages can be canceled at the rental counter, while others may not allow this option. Check the terms during the booking process.

The Light package is non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made, and no refunds are provided.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your rental begins. After that, a €50 (or equivalent, this fee could change depending on the country) fee applies.
