What happens if I don’t collect the vehicle (no show) for Standard, Comfort, Comfort+)?

If you don’t pick up your car and haven’t canceled in advance, a no-show fee will apply as outlined in the Tariffs guide for your destination country.

👉 For a standard offer, a no-show fee will be charged.

👉 For refundable packages (Standard, Comfort, Comfort+): A no-show fee will be charged. Please refer to the Tariffs guide for the exact amount.

👉 For the non-refundable Light package: The full booking amount will be retained, and no refund will be issued.
We recommend canceling ahead of time if your plans change to avoid unnecessary charges.
