Log in to my Privilege For You account and check my status and points
The information regarding your rental activity, rewards and available benefits, and the status updates will be sent to the email address provided in your Europcar account. At any time, you can also view the details of your activity by logging into your Privilege For You account. Please note that by enrolling and accepting Privilege For You Terms & Conditions, you automatically accepted to receive communication on loyalty activities. To ensure the best possible experience, please always ensure that your email address is up to date and that you have consented to receive promotional emails.
Your status level or points never expire as long as you keep renting with Europcar (at least once a year) in one of our participating locations. However, you will be downgraded if you are inactive for a certain period of time:
If you have not rented in the last 12 months, your point count will be reset to the beginning of your current level
If you do not rent for another (additional) 12 months, you will be downgraded to the minimum of points of the level below
After 3 years of inactivity in one of our participating locations, your Privilege For You account will be cancelled, in accordance with data protection regulations
To maintain your status, you must make at least one rental per year. To move up to the next level, you need to accumulate enough points to reach the required threshold. The program does not include other Europcar mobility solutions (e.g., myEuropcar, Europcar on demand).
