I need to change my rental. What should I do?
If you made your reservation online using your email address or while logged into your customer account, you can easily manage your booking online to save time.
✍ How to modify your booking online:
Go to the “Manage your booking” section. Click here to access it directly.
Enter your email address or name used for booking and your reservation number (found in your confirmation email).
Click on the yellow button “Modify my booking”.
Make your changes and proceed through the steps.
If extras are added, the new price will be displayed, and payment will be adjusted.
💡 Important: If you prepaid your booking online, modifying your reservation will result in a cancel and rebook process. This means you will be refunded for your original payment, and a new payment will be required for the updated booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the changes are completed. Rewards applied to the modified or canceled booking will not be refunded.

You can also amend your booking directly at the rental station. Please note that any upgrade or added options will result in additional charges.
