I have two or more Europcar Driver IDs. Is it a problem?

There are some situations where you may possess several DriverIDs as a Europcar customer, for instance to differentiate your personal and professional rentals.

In those cases, each DriverID will work separately which means they need to be enrolled into the Program separately and credits cannot be merged.
For other cases, it may be due to a lack of proper identification for some of your rentals.

In this event, please make a request through our contact page to deactivate duplicate identifications https://www.europcar.com/en-us/contact-us]. Kindly provide the number for your main active DriverID and request for a transfer of Privilege credits or addition of rentals performed with duplicate IDs if relevant.
